It is integrated by the process of biodegradation, sewage settling and oxidative disinfection, which has the advantages of compact construction, little occupation, economy operation, low investment, excellent ability to resist impact load, high treatment efficiency, convenient management and maintenance. Through continuous innovation and improvement of our company, the equipment has been widely used in rural areas, scenic spots, high-speed service areas, resorts, industrial parks, hospital, nursing homes, hotels, construction sites and other local sewage treatment. Other waste water such as slaughtering, washing, breeding, and fecal water can be designed according to the specific water quality and water discharge standards.

Technology introduction

The main processing technology of KL-IWT-B is the mature A2O biochemical treatment technology. The equipment is composed of anaerobic pool, anoxic pool, aerobic pool, sedimentation tank, sludge pond and disinfection. The main components are as follows:

1、 Anaerobic pool

In the anaerobic environment, microorganisms degrade large molecules material, lower the concentration of organic material, sediment and reflux sludge with phosphorous releasing and flowing into anaerobic pool. Meanwhile, the microorganisms ammonify some of the organic material.

2、Anoxic pool

The purpose of anoxic pool is to pretreat pollutants for later aerobic biochemical treatment:  improve the biodegradability of wastewater, improve the subsequent biochemical reaction rate, shorten biochemical reaction time, reduce energy consumption and reduce operating costs. Nitrate nitrogen is sent from the aerobic pool through the internal circulation, to achieve denitrification in anoxic pool. There is combined packing in the anoxic pool.

3、Aerobic pool

The wastewater from anoxic pool flows into the aerobic pool for biochemical treatment. Most of the organic matter in raw sewage is degraded and purified here. There are new type of fillers in this pool, aerobic bacteria uses the fillers as carrier, and uses the organic matter in sewage as food. The organic matter in sewage is decomposed into inorganic salts, and the phosphorus is digested and absorbed, so as to achieve the purification.

4、 Sedimentation tank.

After treated by biological contact oxidation, the wastewater flows into a sedimentation tank, further precipitates the biofilm and some organic and inorganic particles. The sedimentation tank adopts the upwelling isotropic flow inclined plate sedimentation tank. Its surface hydraulic load is twice as high as the surface hydraulic load of the ordinary sedimentation tank, reaching 2 ~ 4m3/(m2. H).

5、Disinfection pool

Pipe type uv sterilizer is used for disinfection.

6、 Sludge pool

Keep that residual sludge. The sludge can be digested by anaerobic digestion to decompose organic material, so the sludge is no long corrupt. At the same time, through medium temperature digestion, most of the pathogenic bacteria, ascaris eggs are killed and decomposed as organic matter, and the sludge is stable and harmless.

Equipment characteristics

1、KL-IWT-B combines the advantages of activated sludge process and contact-oxidation process.  it has characteristics of stable operation, small footprint, low capital investment, convenient management, good organics and denitrification dephosphorization capability and low temperature resistance.

2、Compared with biological aerated filter and activated sludge method, it completely overcomes the weakness of construction, operation complexity and high operation cost.

3、The oxygen transfer efficiency is high, and the aeration quantity can be appropriately reduced, and the electric cost can be saved.

4、The packing’s service life is long, it don't need to change.

5、The bacterial colony in the biofilm are abundant and the mud age is long, which can not only have a good effect, but also reduce the production of residual sludge, thus saving the cost and protecting the environment.
