Hunan Kinglv environmental protection co., LTD, through many years of practice research and development, has developed a distinctive sewage treatment equipment: KL-IWT series of integrated micro-power sewage treatment equipment, (patent no.: 201520884211.6), which can be fully buried, semi-buried and above-ground. It is integrated by the process of biodegradation, sewage settling and oxidative disinfection, which has the advantages of compact construction, little occupation, economy operation, low investment, excellent ability to resist impact load, high treatment efficiency, convenient management and maintenance. Through continuous innovation and improvement of our company, the equipment has been widely used in rural areas, scenic spots, high-speed service areas, resorts, industrial parks, hospital, nursing homes, hotels, construction sites and other local sewage treatment. Other waste water such as slaughtering, washing, breeding, and fecal water can be designed according to the specific water quality and water discharge standards.

Equipment characteristics

1、KL-IWT-A uses a new wastewater treatment technology combining membrane separation technology and biological contact oxidation technology. It has the advantages of stable operation, small footprint, low infrastructure investment and convenient management, and also has a good ability to remove organic matters, nitrogen and phosphorus.

2、The removal rate of the contaminant is high, the anti-sludge expansion ability is strong, the quality of outlet is stable and reliable, and there is no SS in the outlet.

3、The oxygen transfer efficiency is high, the aeration quantity can be reduced appropriately, and the electricity cost is low.

4、The combined packing has long service life which does not need to be changed.

5、Because the SRT is long, the bioreactor can also be used as a sludge nitrification pool, which significantly reduces the amount of sludge, resulting in low yield of remaining sludge, and the sludge treatment cost is low.

6、The MBR process omitted the sedimentation tank and reduced the footprint.

Technology introduction

The KL-IWT-A adopts the mature "A2O+MBR" technology, which mainly consists of six parts:

1、 Anaerobic pool.

In the anaerobic environment, microorganisms degrade large molecules material, lower the concentration of organic material, sediment and reflux sludge with phosphorous releasing and flowing into anaerobic pool. Meanwhile, the microorganisms ammonify some of the organic material.

2、 Anoxic pool

The purpose of anoxic pool is to pretreat pollutants for later aerobic biochemical treatment:  improve the biodegradability of wastewater, improve the subsequent biochemical reaction rate, shorten biochemical reaction time, reduce energy consumption and reduce operating costs. Nitrate nitrogen is sent from the aerobic pool through the internal circulation, to achieve denitrification in anoxic pool. There is combined packing in the anoxic pool.

3、 Aerobic pool

The wastewater from anoxic pool flows into the aerobic pool for biochemical treatment. Most of the organic matter in raw sewage is degraded and purified here. There are new type of fillers in this pool, aerobic bacteria uses the fillers as carrier, and uses the organic matter in sewage as food. The organic matter in sewage is decomposed into inorganic salts, and the phosphorus is digested and absorbed, so as to achieve the purification.

4、 MBR pool

After purifying in aerobic pool, the effluent flow into the MBR pool, which uses the membrane to trap activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank behind,so there is no need for secondary sedimentation tank. Therefore, the concentration of activated sludge is greatly improved, and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge residence time (SRT) can be controlled separately.

5、 Disinfection pool

Pipe type uv sterilizer is used for disinfection, and the water outlet can be used to reverse washing the membrane system.

6、 Sludge pool

Keep the residual sludge. The sludge is digested by anaerobic digestion to decompose organic material, so the sludge will not rot. At the same time, through medium temperature digestion, most of the pathogenic bacteria, ascaris eggs are killed and decomposed as organic matter, therefore the sludge is stable and harmless.
